Freddie has 30 years experience in business brokerage and mergers & acquisition type transactions. He is licensed in both Nevada and California and additionally holds a State of Nevada Business Broker’s permit. Over his career he has held various top level positions with leading business brokerages in California including Executive V.P. of Mergers & Acquisitions & Director of Acquisitions as well as in partnership owned and operated his own Beverly Hills, CA based boutique business brokerage.

Freddie moved to Las Vegas in 1994 and established the mergers & acquisitions division of NAI Americana in 1997. Subsequently NAI American merged with NAI Horizon and he decided to join First Choice Business Brokers in 2000. He is the recipient of numerous sales & listing awards for excellence. His vast knowledge of all aspects of the purchase and sales transaction process including negotiations and contracts affords him the ability to interface with both sellers and purchasers as well as their appointed legal and tax advisors. He has sold numerous multi-million dollar businesses. Freddie’s history of transactions includes businesses in all industry sectors such as manufacturing, service, food establishments, franchises, retail and distribution. He has also owned food establishments. He and his wife Karen share their lives with three rescued dogs. Attended Long Island University and New York Institute of Technology.
